The method used is a survey method, where researchers distribute questionnaires for data collection and the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were 46 teachers and staff at SMK YP Fatahillah 2 Cilegon. Because the population is relatively small, the sampling technique uses total sampling. So, the sample in this study, namely the entire population, was used as a sample, totaling 46 people.

The results of testing the hypothesis for the F test obtained an Fcount value of 71,293 with a Ftable value of 3.21 so that the fcount value was 71,293 > Ftable 3.21 and the significant level obtained was 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that the variables of the principal's supervision (X1) and the principal's leadership (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees (Y).
2024-07-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/agility/article/view/282THE EFFECT OF ADVERTISING AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF MEATBALLS AT THE POPPY'S MEATBALL SHOP2024-08-24T05:24:48+00:00Basuki RahmatRahmatbasuki.sukalila@gmail.comDidi Suhendididi.procurement@gmail.comPopi Purnamapoppye37@gmail.com
By using a quantitative approach by taking the population of customers who always buy at the poppy's meatball shop with the criteria of age under 40 years old and male and female genders. The number of samples determined in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results processed by the researcher on the Advertising variable (X1) obtained a t-value of 3.008, and a significance value of 0.003, so that the conclusion is that t calculates > t table with a t table value of 1.660 so t calculates 3.008 > 1.660 Ho is rejected, for a significance value with a value of 0.003 < 0.05, it is concluded that the significance value is more than the value of 0.05 with this Ha is accepted. So that Advertising has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, the variable Product Quality (X2) gets a t value of 1.900 and a significance value of 0.060 so that the conclusion t calculates > t table with a t table value of 1.660 so t calculates 1.900 > 1.676 Ho is rejected, for a significance value with a value of 0.060 > 0.05 it is concluded that the significance value is less than the value of 0.05 with this Ha is rejected. So that product quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction, and based on the distribution table F table (df1 = 2, Df2 = 100) at the level of α = 5% and F table is 3.09. So that F calculates > F table (5.077 > 3.09) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and for a significance of 0.008 < 0.05 it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means that Advertising and Product Quality have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction.
2024-08-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/agility/article/view/284THE EFFECT OF MEMBER SATISFACTION, TRUST AND REPUTATION OF THE COOPERATIVE ON MEMBER LOYALTY IN PT KRAKATAU INTERNATIONAL PORT COOPERATIVE2024-08-25T00:21:52+00:00Rizmi Samsul Rizalrizmirizal060@gmail.comTeddy Apriteddyaprilliadi@gmail.com
The research method used is the Survey method. Survey research methodology is a research method used to obtain data from certain places that are natural (not artificial), but researchers treat data collection. In survey research, researchers distribute questionnaires, interviews (interviews, and observations). With a sample of 66 cooperative members of PT Krakatau Internasional Port. The result of the member satisfaction variable (X1) gets a calculated t value of 3.858 and a significance value of 0.000 so that the conclusion is tcalculate ttable < with a table t value of 1.66980 so t count 3.858 < 1.66980 Ho is rejected, for a significance value with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 hereby it is concluded that the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 hereby Ha is accepted. So that member satisfaction affects the loyalty of cooperative members of PT Krakatau Internasional Port. The confidence variable (X2) gets a calculated t value of 6.846 and a significance value of 0.000 so that the conclusion t calculate > t table with a table t value of 1.66980 so t count 6.846 > 1.66980 Ho is rejected, for a significance value with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 hereby it is concluded that the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 hereby Ha is accepted. So that trust affects the loyalty of cooperative members of PT Krakatau Internasional Port. The reputation variable (X3) gets a calculated t value of 6.407 and a significance value of 0.000 so that in conclusion t calculate > t table with a table t value of 1.66980 so t count 6.407 > 1.66980 Ho is rejected, for a significance value with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 it is hereby concluded that the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 hereby Ha is accepted. So that reputation affects the loyalty of cooperative members of PT Krakatau Internasional Port. Variable X1. X2. X3 together with the variable Y: seen the value of F = 16.395 based on the distribution table F table (df1 = 3, Df2 = 66) at the level of α = 5% Ftable is 2.74. So F calculate > F table (16.395 > 2.74). It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and the significant value < probability value 0.000 < 0.05, because the significant value of the test is much more or below the value of α = 5%, then Ha is accepted it can be concluded that the combination of three independent variables consisting of variables of member satisfaction, trust and reputation has a simultaneous positive and significant influence on member loyalty.
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/agility/article/view/305ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITMENT PROCESS2024-10-01T14:28:18+00:00Rachmatullah Putrarach_putra@ymail.com
Recruitment is an initial stage that significantly impacts the success and performance of an organization as a whole. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with maintenance division personnel and analyzing related documents. The results of the analysis show that the performance of maintenance division personnel is still not optimal in the spare parts ordering process. Factors affecting this performance include the lack of communication between the maintenance division and other divisions, lack of knowledge about spare parts ordering procedures, and lack of use of technology in inventory management. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that can be implemented is to optimize communication between the maintenance division and other divisions through regular coordination meetings and the formation of cross-divisional teams. In addition, it is necessary to train and develop the knowledge of maintenance division personnel regarding spare parts ordering procedures so that they are able to better identify spare parts needs.
2024-07-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 AGILITY
