Analysis of CNC Lathe Machine Damage Using Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Abstract
Abstract
CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled Machine) is a machine controlled by a computer using numeric codes, symbols and letters as data commands. The combination of mechanical and computer systems will produce more precise products. To find out and prevent damage to CNC machines, CNC lathe damage analysis is carried out using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) on CNC machine components, so that maintenance criteria are obtained as a reference for priority for carrying out preventive and maintenance actions on the CNC machine components. Keywords : Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), CNC Machine, Risk Priority number (RPN).Downloads
