PENILAIAN RISIKO ERGONOMI PADA LINGKUNGAN KERJA PERKANTORAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID OFFICE STRAIN ASSESSMENT DI PT. XYZ

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a private company engaged in the field of fly ash and bottom ash delivery services in completing work using
many computerized systems, especially in the office. Workers who use computers or laptops often complain of pain in the
lower back and neck, this complaint results in decreased worker productivity when doing work, this complaint can be
minimized by understanding how workers use computers in the workplace. Assessment is an important thing to do to
determine the level of office ergonomics, the Rapid Office Strain Assessment method is one of the most specific methods
for assessing office workers, PT. XYZ office workers have a high level of risk after data processing using the Rapid Office
Strain Assessment method, so it is necessary to propose improvements to work facilities and socialization of the correct
application of office ergonomics.
