However, the quality of paving blocks is greatly influenced by the production process, the quality of raw materials, and the installation method. This study aims to analyze the factors causing damage to paving blocks in UMKM XZY and provide recommendations for improvement from a technical and managerial perspective. The research methods used include field observations, interviews with practitioners, and literature studies on relevant Indonesian National Standards (SNI). In addition, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) approach is used to systematically identify the risk of failure in the production and installation process of paving blocks. The results of the analysis show that damage to paving blocks is caused by several dominant factors: the quality of raw materials that does not meet standards, the mixing process is not homogeneous, the unsuitability of the compaction method, and environmental conditions such as heavy loads and high humidity. This study recommends strengthening supervision of the quality of raw materials, technical training for workers, and the implementation of an integrated quality management system. These findings are expected to be input in improving the quality of paving blocks, especially in Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs).

Keywords : Paving block, damage, concrete quality, FMEA, SNI
2025-06-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/388Hazard Analysis in Electrical Equipment Installation Work Using the Job Safety Analysis Method2025-06-29T14:11:52+00:00Arief Bagus Arjunaarief_arjuna69@gmail.com
Abstract

The industrial sector is one of the most important sectors in the Indonesian economy. Advances in science and

technology will increase the use of equipment in the industry through automation. One of the activities in the

industry is to increase production capacity by installing electrical equipment. With the increase in industrial

activities, the potential for work accidents during construction will also increase. Electrical equipment

installation work is one of the hazards that can cause accidents. These hazards include falling from a height,

being hit by material, tripping, and being electrocuted. The purpose of this study was to identify the Hazards

in Electrical Equipment Installation Work Using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Method. Researchers

conducted observations and asked the contractors. Researchers collected data on hazards and how to control

them so that accidents do not occur and minimize risks. This electrical installation work requires skilled

equipment and workers. The equipment needed includes scaffolding, bolt wrenches, gloves, safety lines,

helmets, shoes, safety body harnesses, and others. Workers must have received training on installing electrical

equipment. Every job must make a work permit and JSA before work begins. The results of the analysis of

electrical equipment installation work to determine control measures that can be used as procedures at PT. Currently, cocoa agribusiness in Batang Regency has not been good due to the lack of coordination between the behavior of cocoa supply chain actors that affect agribusiness performance. To deal with coordination problems along the supply chain, collaboration among actors is a solution with synergistic and integrated interactions among heterogeneous actors. Considering the existing problems, it is necessary to conduct research to find out the formulation of collaborative behavior of each cocoa agribusiness actor in order to improve their performance in Batang Regency. The formulation of collaborative behavior is generated using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. FAHP aims for weighting in order to determine the magnitude of influence of each actor's behavior on performance. Assistive devices are required for all activities, including those performed at home. This training aims to educate participants on the ergonomic aspects that affect daily activities, the need to apply ergonomic postures when performing daily tasks at home, and the risks associated with non-ergonomic activities. As women are the family members who perform many of the daily tasks at home, the Dasawisma women were included in this activity. Dasawisma women learnt about ergonomic considerations in daily applications. As women or men, we must use ergonomic postures when performing daily tasks at home to be comfortable and safe. Women received education on the consequences of not following ergonomic principles in exercise, including the possibility of back pain, sprains and injuries. The women learnt the value of ergonomic principles and factors in daily life from the ergonomic factors counselling, therefore it is important to apply ergonomic principles in daily activities to prevent health problems.

Keywords : Ergonomics, family activities, healthcare.
2025-06-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/412ANALYSIS OF PURCHASE INTENTION FACTORS AND BUSINESS STRATEGY DESIGN AT TUTORING INSTITUTIONS2025-08-05T05:20:54+00:00Febrian Krisnawatifebriankrisnawati@unival-cilegon.ac.idArdhianiswari Diah Ekawatifebriankrisnawati@unival-cilegon.ac.id
Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing prospective students’ decisions in choosing a Tutoring Institution (TI) in the era of Education 4.0 and to design sustainable business strategies for TIs. The research was conducted in Cilegon City, Indonesia, involving 400 parents of students from three top schools and five management representatives from various TIs, selected through quota sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using variance-based Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0, along with SWOT analysis. The findings reveal four key factors that influence purchase intention: price, personalization, reputation, and technological innovation. Based on the SWOT matrix, SO (Strengths-Opportunities) and ST (Strengths-Threats) strategies are recommended to enhance TI competitiveness. These strategies include implementing innovative tutoring programs, continuously monitoring curriculum development, and producing high-quality digital content. The study provides strategic insights for TI owners to better understand consumer behavior and align their services to attract and retain clients. Practical implications and recommendations are offered to support the development of TIs not only locally in Indonesia but also on a global scale.

Keywords : Business Strategy; PLS-SEM; Purchase Intention; SWOT; Tutoring Institutions

2025-06-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025
