As a dynamic asset, inventory includes everything from raw materials to finished products, and its role is crucial in supporting the production process, sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. PT Pelabuhan Cilegon Mandiri, as a port company that has been operating since 2002, has unique challenges in managing inventory. The port's complex operations, with a high volume and variety of goods, demand an efficient and accurate inventory system. Despite this, the company has demonstrated its commitment to providing excellent service by adopting various best practices in inventory management.

Keywords: Inventory System, Business Management, PT Pelabuhan Cilegon Mandiri, Efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, Supply Chain, Information Technology.
Syeh MaulanaDina Rosdiana

https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/334

Abstract

The application of ergonomics cannot be separated from daily human activities at home. Assistive devices are required for all activities, including those performed at home. This training aims to educate participants on the ergonomic aspects that affect daily activities, the need to apply ergonomic postures when performing daily tasks at home, and the risks associated with non-ergonomic activities. As women are the family members who perform many of the daily tasks at home, the Dasawisma women were included in this activity. Dasawisma women learnt about ergonomic considerations in daily applications. As women or men, we must use ergonomic postures when performing daily tasks at home to be comfortable and safe. Women received education on the consequences of not following ergonomic principles in exercise, including the possibility of back pain, sprains and injuries. The women learnt the value of ergonomic principles and factors in daily life from the ergonomic factors counselling, therefore it is important to apply ergonomic principles in daily activities to prevent health problems.

Keywords : Ergonomics, family activities, healthcare.
Puput Setianah

https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/343

Abstract

The Fire pump is a vital element in the fire protection system, especially in high-risk facilities such as fuel terminals. This article examines the care and maintenance of Fire pumps at the Fuel Oil Terminal to improve the performance of the fire protection system. The performance test results show that in the 100% capacity test, the pump pressure only reached 83% of the standard (217 PSI), while at 150% capacity, the pressure dropped drastically to 35% due to blockage in the strainer basket by coral/oysters. Using observation methods, data processing, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance approaches, it was found that other main obstacles include corrosion on the fire water line and wear of mechanical components. Recommendations include regular inspections, replacement of damaged components, and implementation of corrosion-resistant technology to maintain the reliability of the fire protection system.

Keywords : Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Fire Protection, Fire Pump
Fajar HayyinAzhariIlham Bagus Saputro

https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/344

Abstract

TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara is the first polyethylene producing industry in Indonesia. Every industry, in addition to producing industrial liquid waste, also produces domestic liquid waste. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and supervise domestic liquid waste. One form of supervision is that domestic waste that will be discharged into the sea must meet the domestic wastewater quality standards in the Decree of the Minister of State for the Environment No. 112 of 2003. So before being discharged into the sea, management is needed. PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara manages domestic waste with activated carbon adsorption. This study aims to optimize the adsorption capacity of activated carbon by analyzing parameters such as pH, BOD, TSS, TDS, and ammonia levels. Optimization of activated carbon is carried out by activation (oven, T = 100⁰C), variation of homogenization time, and variation of activated carbon mass. The results of the study showed that with these three methods, the BOD, TSS, and TDS values decreased. While the pH value increased and the ammonia level did not decrease significantly. The results of this management indicate that PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara's domestic waste meets the domestic wastewater quality standards

Keywords : Adsorption, activated carbon, domestic wastewater, quality control
Muhammad ZuhdiAzhari

https://ejurnal.unival-cilegon.ac.id/index.php/sisprotek/article/view/354

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company from Japan. Company management continues to strive to improve the quality and quantity of products produced. PT XYZ is committed to Exceeding Expectations by Providing the Most Satisfying Products. Research was carried out at Plant 1 on the process of making chemical blowing agents. This research aims to maximize production capacity by applying the Root Causes Analysis method. Root Causes Analysis is a methodology supported by the 5 Why Analysis method. After processing the data using these methods, it can be seen that the obstacles that occur are in the CE process which has the lowest production per day. This is a bottleneck issue and causes waste time in the AZ Filtration process. We saw an opportunity to maximize certain process times by making several adjustments so that we could carry out a time reduction process but increase production achievements at Plant 1.

Keywords: Increase capacity, Bottleneck, Root Causes Analysis, 5 Why Analysis method.
Yosua Rosevelt AyawailaAhmad Rizky PratamaIsmail TejaLucky Setiawan
