This study aims to determine the effect of character education and learning motivation on student academic achievement at SMA Negeri 5 Cilegon. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of grade X students at SMA Negeri 5 Cilegon in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample used was 225 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that character education and learning motivation had some and none had a significant effect on academic achievement, both partially and simultaneously.
