Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to determine the effect of (occupational health and safety) OHS on employee performance, and to determine the effect of leadership style and (occupational health and safety) OHS simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Karunia Awan Nusantara. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used was by using a questionnaire which was distributed online via the Google form, and in analyzing the data using the help of the SPSS 26 for Windows program. Respondents in this study were a number of 32 employees at PT. Karunia Awan Nusantara. Based on  the results of quantitative research, it shows that there is no significant effect between leadership style on employee performance and there is no significant effect between (occupational health and safety) OHS on employee performance, but there is a significant effect simultaneously between leadership style and (occupational health) and safety) OHS on employee performance at PT. Karunia Awan Nusantara.
