Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the supervision and leadership of the principal has on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK YP Fatahillah 2 Cilegon. The method used is a survey method, where researchers distribute questionnaires for data collection and the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were 46 teachers and staff at SMK YP Fatahillah 2 Cilegon. Because the population is relatively small, the sampling technique uses total sampling. So, the sample in this study, namely the entire population, was used as a sample, totaling 46 people.

The results of testing the hypothesis for the F test obtained an Fcount value of 71,293 with a Ftable value of 3.21 so that the fcount value was 71,293 > Ftable 3.21 and the significant level obtained was 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that the variables of the principal's supervision (X1) and the principal's leadership (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees (Y).
