Abstract

Recruitment is an initial stage that significantly impacts the success and performance of an organization as a whole. The purpose of this research is to identify how internal organizational factors, such as recruitment policies and the competence of the recruitment team, influence the success of human resource recruitment processes. The results of this study show that external factors such as labor market conditions and technological developments require responsiveness and adaptability from organizations in their recruitment strategies. Organizations need to monitor emerging labor market and technological trends to inform their recruitment strategies
