The purpose of this study is to find out how Work From Home influences employee performance at the Cilegon City Education Office, to find out how work effectiveness influences employee performance at the Cilegon City Education Office, to find out how Work
From Home influences and work effectiveness on employee performance at Cilegon City Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used in this study were 75 respondents. The data collection technique used was a
questionnaire technique (questionnaire). Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. The results of this study revealed 1) the significant value for Work From Home (X1) with Employee Performance (y) was 0.000 <0.05 and the Tcount was 7.226 > 1.666. So that there is a significant influence between Work From Home (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) with the highest indicator of 15.2%. 2) The significant value for Work Effectiveness (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) is 0.004 <0.05 and the Tcount is 4.971 > 1.666. So that there is a significant influence between Work Effectiveness (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) with the highest indicator of 15.7%. 3) Fcount > Ftable, namely 161.717 > 3.12 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded from the results of simultaneous testing that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. The conclusion of the statistical hypothesis is "The Effect of Work From Home and Work Effectiveness on Employee Performance at the Cilegon City Education Office.
