Justicia Religia: Jurnal Hukum Islam is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Universitas Al-Khairiyah. The journal publishes original research articles and conceptual studies in the field of Islamic Law, covering both classical and contemporary perspectives with interdisciplinary and contextual approaches.

The Editorial Board invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, and postgraduate students to submit their best manuscripts for publication in Volume 4 Number 1 (June 2026).

Scope and Focus

Submitted manuscripts should fall within, but are not limited to, the following topics:

* Classical and Contemporary Islamic Law
* Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh
* Islamic Family Law (Ahwāl al-Shakhṣiyyah)
* Islamic Economic Law
* Islamic Criminal Law
* Comparative Studies of Islamic Law and National Legal Systems
* Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah and the Reform of Islamic Law
* Islamic Law and Contemporary Social Issues (gender, human rights, religious moderation, etc.)
* Religious Courts and Judicial Practices in Islamic Law
